- "Paid to date" (£17,698) is the sum of the dated line items above with an amount recorded. The spreadsheet's own Cost Tracker total says £17,756.90 — a £59 gap that isn't explained by anything in the transaction log; likely the two unpriced "Paid" rows (Laura's dress, tailoring) or a small error in the sheet's own formula. Worth a quick check against the source rather than trusting either number blindly.
- *Shakespeare Kitchen's £6,429.24 balance is still an estimate — final menu (sharing platters vs plated, dessert, Ottolenghi-style sides) and headcount aren't locked with Ian Jobbins yet, so this will move.
- Medley Walled Garden and Truly Medley Deeply balances were both due 24 July and are now overdue by a few days. TMD's invoice (#TMDINV-9059, £3,120 inc. VAT, bank transfer to TMD Music Ltd) was sent 2 July; per the signed TMD contract the balance is due "no later than 30 days before the event."
- "Earmarked" only shows where the spreadsheet already tags a payer for an unpaid balance (Bridal by Charley → Laura); everything else still due has no payer assigned yet.
